    We require a 50% deposit for window installations and a 25% deposit for deck construction and remodeling projects.

  • What is Window Medics?

    Window Medics is a specialized process for restoring foggy windows. It involves removing visible moisture from the window, drying the silica desiccant in the frame, and installing a one-way valve activated by sunlight. This valve allows trapped moisture to escape while preventing new moisture from entering. Routine Maintenance Inc is the authorized local dealer and applicator for Window Medics technology.
